Community Mental Health Centers Provider Locations

This dataset contains locations of Community Mental Health Centers. In Indiana, the Community Mental Health Centers provide mental health and addiction services to persons with a serious mental illness and/or a substance use disorder. The target population are Hoosiers with the most need and least able to access care having no insurance or underinsured with limited income to 200 percent of poverty level. The CMHCs are required by Indiana code and by contract with the DMHA to offer a full continuum of mental health and addiction services.
