This dataset is grouped by service provider type and gives information about count of providers of specific type in a zip code.

Restricted to latest provider data (year 2017) only. Provider is the rendering provider marked in the claim. Provider location is the location of the rendering provider marked in the claim. This data is for research purposes and is not intended to be used for reporting. Due to differences in geographic aggregation, time period considerations, and units of analysis, these numbers may differ from those reported by FSSA.
