This dataset provides county-level information on childhood immunization coverage rates in Indiana for the 4:3:1:3:3:1:4 series. It provides the percentage of children between 19 - 35 months of age who have received vaccines from the 4:3:1:3:3:1:4 series and also tracks the rate of series completion, by county. Data is avaible from the year 2012 to 2024.
